Thetford Cassette Lip Seal was delivered promptly. It was easy to replace our old seal on the casstte with the new one and works well(no leaks).

Fixed the issue with water pooling on the outside of the tank.

Not sure if the lip seal will work, because I waited over 4 weeks for it to arrive and I purchased one locally which did the job. Why any company would use Fastway or whatever they call themselves these days as a courier is beyond me. Never had anything arrive on time with them.

I ordered two lip seals when they arrived there were two different types different part numbers I immediately contacted your office and you sent me an electronic return mail sticker to return the incorrect one which I did almost six weeks ago I don’t consider this good service Your sincerely Warren Arneil

All good, easily fitted, have yet to use but am confident will be ok
