Great service and a great product

I am fairly new to camper trailer experience so I got to speaking to a mate who has been involved in various forms of camping, trailers, vans for many years and he gave me quite a few tips on helping to secure our camper trailer. God love him, but every tip he provided would only stop a very lazy, incompetent would be thief. I therefore went for something that the professionals recommend. This Saracen Ultra Hitch Lock surprised me when it was delivered as it was far more sturdy and heavier than I anticipated. This is one very solid unit that effectively secures your hitch either when hitched up to your vehicle or when unhitched. It would take a very determined would be thief to have a crack at this and in doing so would draw a lot of attention to himself. In the end, I believe every anti theft device can be beaten, but the thing to do is to make it so difficult for a thief that they move on to something else. I really rate this hitch lock.

Received this product in a short turnaround time with excellent service, brilliant thank you. The product is also excellent and as described. Only points I would make is the chains do not seem to lock away as described, without an additional padlock. Additionally there is conflicting web info on whether you can legally, in Oz, drive with it in operation and whether it is a good or bad idea to do so. Some advice in the descriptor from outback equipment would assist buyers.
