Salty Captain has formulated an Australian Made Engine Flush Concentrate which is used as a raw water cooling system salt removal flush, to remove salt from your outboard motors & PWC engines. Unlike Salt Wash, this has been designed for a quick injection of
Engine Flush through the outboard or PWC to help flush out all the salt quickly and effectively.
Don't just use water to flush your engine. You will sleep much better at night knowing that our Engine Flush has thoroughly removed all the salt from within your engine.
For Jetski’s and boats, we recommend 50-100mL of concentrate for the flush cycle.
This has been tested and proven to remove rust from metal surfaces. We recommend leaving some sit through the engine and also giving any steelwork a spray and leaving it on there.
STEP. 1
Fill the 90ml canister with 20-40ml of Salty Captain Salt Wash concentrate and screw canister to the base of the Musket.
STEP. 2
Make sure the top adjustable handle is set to 'OFF' before turning your hose on at the tap. Once hose is on you are free to point the foam gun and and adjust the top handle all the way forward for 'FOAM' to soak your vessel. Ensure to thoroughly soak the vessel from top to bottom (twice over for optimal results) then pull the top hand back to the 'OFF' position.
STEP. 3
Allow the Salt Wash detergent to work its magic. Let the soap sit for 30sec to 1min or longer. Don't allow the formula to dry out on surfaces as this will cause soap streaking and residue to occur.
During this step, you may agitate with a sponge or brush suitable for your surface ti remove stubborn grit or grime.
STEP. 4
Rinse the soap residue off by adjusting the top handle to the middle setting "RINSE" which will allow water only to flow through the musket. Ensure you thoroughly remove all of the soap residue from the vessel to give your pride and joy to respect it deserves leaving no soapy streaks to be seen.
STEP. 5
Dry all the remaining water droplets with a microfibre towel to finish the job with a bitta pride!
