Battery Monitors
Smarter Power Monitoring for Life on the Move
Battery monitors help you keep track of voltage, power draw, and battery health in real time. They measure how much capacity is left in your system and show the state of charge (SOC) so you’re never caught out. Whether you're running off-grid power in a caravan, 4WD, or marine setup, a battery monitor helps you to monitor how much remaining charge you have to make sure you don't run out of power.
Our range covers everything from Bluetooth-enabled smart shunts to panel-mounted displays and lithium-ready monitors. We stock trusted brands like Enerdrive, Redarc, Victron, Hard Korr, and Projecta. These products are built to help you monitor and manage your power system with more accuracy, so you can extend battery life and keep your setup running strong.
What Else Goes Great with Battery Monitors?
Pair your battery monitor with other key components to get the most out of your off-grid power system. These extras help you charge, manage, and protect your setup more effectively:
-
DC-DC Chargers
Keep your auxiliary batteries topped up while you drive. Ideal for dual battery systems in 4WDs, caravans, and campers. -
Inverters
Convert your 12V or 24V battery power into usable 240V for appliances and tools. Perfect for powering laptops, fridges, and other essentials off-grid. -
Solar Panels & Regulators
Harness solar power and feed it safely into your system. Regulators manage the charge to protect your battery and improve lifespan. -
AGM and Lithium Batteries
Pair your monitor with a reliable deep-cycle battery. Choose AGM for lower cost and durability, or lithium for faster charging, higher performance, and lighter weight.
What does a battery monitor do?
It shows how much power is left in your battery.
Most monitors display voltage and charge level. Some also track current and power use. This helps you understand what’s going in and out of your system.
What’s the difference between a voltage-based and a shunt-based battery monitor?
Voltage-based monitors measure voltage. Shunt-based monitors measure current and voltage.
Shunt monitors are more accurate because they track the flow of power. Voltage monitors give a rough estimate based on battery voltage alone.
Can I monitor multiple batteries at once?
Some monitors let you do that.
It depends on the model. Some support two or three battery banks. Others are made for a single battery only.
