PSR's extended shackle for Toyota Hilux N80 15-on model is a super heavy duty leaf spring shackle. Designed to a length that provides 1" of lift it features side plates made from 10mm steel, CNC machined and welded pins. Pins are greaseable for a long service life. Welded design is far superior to other designs on the market as it reduces shackle walking and flexing under load. Others are designed around a centre welded support with no outer support where it is needed. Has provisions for the factory headlight aim bracket to be refitted. Coated Black to blend with the chassis.
