With REDARC's Smart Start technology on board, the BCDC1250D charger offers a multi-stage charging platform designed to provide optimal levels and rates of charge. This dual battery charger features an additional charging stage known as SoftStart for better battery maintenance. The combination of an MPPT solar regulator and REDARC's 'Green Power Authority' means that the BCDC1250D device will always prioritize using solar charging as its first course of action, helping to lessen the load placed on the alternator. This built-in feature ensures the battery charger is a 12V 50A powerhouse that maximizes efficiency.

This battery charger is compatible with 12 or 24V systems and a huge range of batteries such as AGM, gel, standard lead acid, calcium, and LiFeP04 batteries.
