Each time you apply pressure to the brake pedal to slow your car, some of the hydraulic energy

_x000D_ Your effective braking power is then decreased.
_x000D_ This is what causes the soft/spongy feel when you apply pressure to the brake pedal.
_x000D_ As the lines age, the softness increases.
_x000D_ This line swell may be improved when new Rubber Lines are fitted.

If a Lift has been fitted to your Vehicle it is recommended to at least upgrade to new rubber Brake lines
_x000D_ or if your budget can afford them i would recommend fitting Superior Engineering Braided Brake Lines to
_x000D_ eliminate any spongy feel in the pedal.
