How to hang a camp shower: 

To hang a solar shower or shower bucket, we recommend securing from a tree or low hanging support beam. Do not rely on a shower ensuite or shower tent to support the additional weight from a solar shower. A solar shower or shower bucket can weigh up to 20kg, so if you are looking for some privacy make sure you pick up a shower tent with a removable top so it can be positioned under the portable camping shower.  

How do you shower while camping: 

A cheeky rule of thumb, check how much water you have left before putting shampoo or soap on your person. This is a common mistake, so start with the soapy stuff first before things like shaving. You can even jump into a freshwater stream for a quick rinse off. But, if you are looking to bring a little bit of luxury to the bush, some of our portable gas and hot water camping showers will do the trick.  

How to use a camp shower: 

All camp showers have instructions manuals. However, it does take some getting used to. If you purchase a solar shower, it does require around 6 hours of sun to heat.
